About the Host

Hello everyone! My name is Lily Meeker, and I am the host of Casting Judgment. I am so excited to be creating my first podcast!

I have always been an avid reader, and to me, books can be the perfect source for relaxation and entertainment. I have buried myself in so many books, and I will intentionally read books I know are being adapted. I always take notes mentally, and sometimes physically, when I read a book; my imagination runs wild of how I think the book will look when it is brought to life. Rarely does the film adaptation ever live up to what I imagined in my brain. It is disappointing, and I always want to rant after seeing the show or movie.

Now, I have Casting Judgment as my personal outlet to tell you all about my opinions of these book-to-screen adaptations.
